Are there any shipping restrictions? Superior Cigars does not ship to the following states: South Dakota and Utah. We accept all major credit cards as payment.

Why should I purchase from Service, selection, & price, - in that order! At Superior Cigars we try to be the "good guys on the Internet" so service is paramount. Our inventory is huge so we can meet your cigar needs promptly in most cases. We try to sell our cigars at the best prices. Our goal is to be big enough to meet your cigar needs, yet small enough to deliver excellent service!

What forms of payment do you accept? Superior Cigars accepts all major credit cards as payment.

What is your return policy? We stand behind the products we sell. If you are not satisfied due to a defect in the cigar please contact us at our toll free at (855) 992-4427 or by email to so we can correct the problem in a way that meets your satisfaction. At we say "If you are unhappy please tell US! If you're happy with our products and service please tell a cigar smoking friend!"
However cigars are perishable so don't wait, all requests must me made with 72 hours.

How are products shipped? We ship via USPS and offer a range of options depending on your delivery requirement.
Please Note: We quote the estimated delivery based on the stated UPS transit times.

When will I see the charges on my credit card? We do not charge your card until the day the order is shipped.

Is my personal and credit card information secure? We process all our orders on a secure server to ensure your personal data is protected with the utmost in Internet technology. Superior Cigars will not share or sell any customer information with third parties.

What if I'm looking for a cigar that's not on your site? Please drop us a call or an email. We purchase directly from most manufacturers and can get almost any cigar made. We will get back to you with a quote and approximate delivery time. All special orders are not cancelable and will be automatically shipped and charged to your credit card upon our receipt of the cigars.

What about my state tobacco tax? Due to recent US Supreme Court rulings, cigar retailers are obligated to collect tobacco tax in states as sales thresholds in a state are met. Alternately, you might be responsible for state or local taxes depending on what state you in.

Do you ship Internationally? Yes our shipping policy is as follows:


If your country does not allow tobacco to be imported from the United States then we can not service you.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. We use this methods because they are fast, insured and traceable. If you prefer another method for cost purposes we will accommodate but we do not recommend it. The actual shipping costs are figured when the order is charged and may differ from the price quoted on your order.

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable. If the package is lost in transit or damaged prior to reaching customs then the package is insured.

We require a front and back copy of the credit card being used for the purchase to be emailed to us, for proof of card number and signature. Please make sure the images are legible. This is very important not to delay your shipment.
