A true US Connecticut shade wrapper adorns this Dominican favorite. Produced by the legendary Hendrick Kelner at the Occidental Cigar Factory. Manufactured with a Connecticut shade wrapper (1998 harvest), and a filler of Dominican Piloto (1996 harvest), Olor, and San Vincent tobacco.The Occidental Reserve is named after Hendrik Kelner’s Occidental factory, in the Dominican Republic. Kelner is respected for blending and manufacturing some of the world’s most prestigious cigar brands. The fact that Hendrik Kelner put this name on this cigar speaks to his personal guarantee of its quality and consistency.
