Our inventory is huge so we can meet your cigar needs promptly in most cases. We try to sell our cigars at the best prices. Our goal is to be big enough to meet your cigar needs, yet small enough to deliver excellent service!

What forms of payment do you accept? Superior Cigars accepts all major credit cards as payment.

What is your return policy? We stand behind the products we sell. If you are not satisfied due to a defect in the cigar please contact us at our toll free at 800-733-3397 or by email to sales@superiorcigars.com so we can correct the problem in a way that meets your satisfaction. At superiorcigar.com we say "If you are unhappy please tell US! If you're happy with our products and service please tell a cigar smoking friend!"

How are products shipped? We usually ship via Federal Express either Standard Overnight, 2-Day or Ground, depending on your selection for transit time. However we reserve the right to use alternate similar methods at our descretion. Flat rate shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states:

Please Note: Overnight delivery does not mean your order is guaranteed to ship the day it is placed. This charge is for delivery transit only, not for expedited or priority service prior to shipping. We handle all orders on a first placed first shipped basis. During very busy times orders can take 1 or 2 business days to process.

Alaska and Hawaii
We ship via Federal Express 2-day service however delivery usualy takes at least 3 days.

I picked overnight delivery and my packaged did not arrive overnight.We generally ship all orders received by 12:00 noon Eastern time the same day, Moday through Friday.  However this is not always possible.  During very busy periods we may need an additional 1-2 business days.  Please note our overnight charge is a highly discounted rate to encourage faster transit times to protect the cigars.  This is NOT a priority handling charge before shipping.  We handle all orders the same on a first placed first shipped basis.

Also:  Federal Express standard overnight does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

What are the shipping charges for orders shipped partially filled?There is no charge for backorder shipments.

What is meant by "flat rate" when it comes to my shipping charges? Superior Cigars charges you one price for shipping regardless of the package's weight. This service is only available on overnight orders.

When will I see the charges on my credit card? We do not charge your card until the day the order is shipped.

Is my personal and credit card information secure? We process all our orders on a secure server to ensure your personal data is protected with the utmost in Internet technology. Superior Cigars will not share or sell any customer information with third parties.

What if I'm looking for a cigar that's not on your site? Please drop us a call or an email. We purchase directly from most manufacturers and can get almost any cigar made. We will get back to you with a quote and approximate delivery time. All special orders are not cancelable and will be automatically shipped and charged to your credit card upon our receipt of the cigars.

What about my state tobacco tax? Superior Cigars is obligated to collect New York State tobacco tax. We must include a charge of 46% only to orders delivered in NY State. We do not collect taxes for any other state. However you might be responsabilty for state or local taxes depending on what state you in.

Do you ship Internationally? Yes our shipping policy is as follows:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

If your country does not allow tobacco to be imported from the United States then we can not service you.

All international orders are shipped via Federal Express or USPS Express Mail. We use these methods because they are fast, insured and traceable. If you prefer another method for cost purposes we will accommodate but we do not recommend it. The actual shipping costs are figured when the order is charged and may differ from the price quoted on your order.

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable. If the package is lost in transit or damaged prior to reaching customs then the package is insured.

We require a front and back copy of the credit card being used for the purchase to be faxed to us, for proof of card number and signature. Please make sure that the copies are light enough to be legible once faxed. This is very important.

We require a copy of your Driver's License for proof of age, identity, signature match etc... Again, please make sure that the copies are light enough to be legible once faxed, very important.
